Meet Stephanie - After many years in education, I decided it was time for a new adventure with opportunities for growth. I began the transition by joining the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA), where I discovered that my experience as an educator was a natural springboard into the field of corporate instructional design.

A voracious learner and naturally tech savvy, I am equipped with the necessary skills to lead the strategic planning, design, and development of content, resources, and learning assets. 

Meet Davis - In addition to more than 10 years of experience in education and training a variety of audiences, both formally and informally, I have experience in consulting and business development in the public and private sectors. I enjoy helping organizations meet their instructional needs through collaboration on design and development. 

Upon reaching empty nest status, I joined Stephanie in the ID field, and we formed 42 Learning Design.
